The Company provides marketing and advertising services including, but not limited to, digital marketing, advertising campaigns, branding, messaging services, content creation, and promotional activities, as agreed in writing with the Client.
The Client agrees to provide accurate information, approvals, content, and materials required for service delivery in a timely manner. The Client is solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of all content supplied.
While the Company will use reasonable efforts to achieve agreed objectives, specific results such as sales, leads, or revenue are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on market conditions and external factors beyond control.
All fees shall be paid as per the agreed quotation or contract. Payments must be made within the specified timeline. Late payments may result in service suspension without prior notice.
All creative materials, strategies, and content developed by the Company remain its intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, usage rights are granted to the Client unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary, business, and sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement.
The Client agrees that all campaigns and content comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies. The Company shall not be liable for violations caused by Client-provided content or instructions.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as per agreed terms. Fees for services already rendered shall remain payable and non-refundable.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon publication or notification.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
